These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PlotzAI (the “Service”) (“PlotzAI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
2. The Service
PlotzAI is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that lets you upload datasets and generate dashboards, charts, and insights. Features, models, and limits may change as we improve the Service.
3. Pricing & Payment
PlotzAI offers paid subscription plans billed via Razorpay. Prices, billing terms, and plan limits are presented before any charge. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. See our Refund Policy.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights in the data, files, and content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant PlotzAI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your Customer Content and do not use it to train our own AI models.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload the content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models.
- Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service for a competing product.
- Use the Service to generate misleading content or violate any law.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or other users.
- Use automated scraping or bypass usage limits.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Insights, charts, summaries, and answers produced by the Service are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies (“hallucinations”). You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business decisions. The Service is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or accounting advice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by PlotzAI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service according to these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., payment processors, AI model providers, authentication providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the experience.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotzAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlotzAI and our affiliates from any claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
