Refund & Cancellation Policy

PlotzAI (the “Service”), operated by PlotzAI, is offered on prepaid monthly plans. This policy explains how charges, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Charges

Plans are billed as one-time charges that grant access for 30 days from the date of payment. Plans do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before the period ends to keep access. Prices shown are inclusive of GST. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current 30-day period. To delete your account and all associated data, use Delete account in Settings.

3. Refunds

Because plans are prepaid and grant immediate access to the Service, we generally do not provide refunds for partially used periods. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
